I brought Christopher in after I proposed to my (now) finance and he really helped to make the night that much more special. He was really helpful with corodinating everything, great to have in the kitchen, and the food was AMAZING!

On a boat! Chef Christopher cooked an anniversary dinner for my wife and I, and he did it on a boat (which we found through VRBO) - the boat provided very little to work with (the stove was out), or in (boat galley was small), and he made it work beautifully - he set the menu, which was exquisite, prepared all the dishes, including presentation, which had to be by flashlight by the end of evening - but we got to celebrate in style and eat a sumptuous meal under the stars! We would hire Chef Christopher again in a heartbeat. Thanks, Chef Christopher!

This is the second time that I've used Chris for an event and, as with my first experience, it was top notch. We couldn't have been happier with having Christopher as our chef. It was a small dinner party for my husband's birthday, and Christopher prepared an absolutely delicious meal. (It is also worth noting that he is not only a talented chef, but he is an extremely warm and charming person who we all enjoyed chatting with.) Every course was unique and flavorful, and the presentation artful. We would give him our highest recommendation to others!

What an incredible experience!! Chef arrived right on time despite the horrible weather we had that weekend. He came in and got started right away and was completely comfortable in our kitchen with us watching and asking about 1000 questions. All 5 courses were ridiculously delicious and unique-something we definitely could not have experienced at a restaurant. The timing was perfect; allowing us to enjoy the dish, talk and relax before the next was served, we never felt rushed through. Every course was explained and presented beautifully and portions were perfect! The best part is that we felt like a friend had cooked us dinner, he was cool, relaxed and charming all the while professional! a definite 10 out of 10!

Christopher was great - super friendly and easy to get along with. He eagerly obliged my guests by answering many cooking questions and by sharing his process with us. My favorite dish was Christopher's fish tacos; they were full of flavor and the crunch provided by the puffed black rice was a delicious touch. I would definitely recommend him.

Christopher was amazing in every way. The food was to die for, the preparation and his explanations of the food was impeccable and his personality was wonderful. My only regret is that it took me so long to book him. I almost hate writing this post because it may get harder to book him. Thank you Christopher for making my holiday party the best ever.
