Chef Christopher Walker has over fifteen years experience in the culinary industry. After over a decade of working in fine dining restaurants he explored and expanded his skillset as a butcher. He has worked at some of the best butcher shops in Boston, including The Butcher Shop and Savenor’s. He is passionate about sharing his culinary and butchery experience, and offers a wide variety of Private Chef services, catering, classes covering all types of food preparation from whole animal butchery to more refined honing of cooking skills. For seven years he taught Culinary classes at Newbury College in Brookline, MA, continuing to share his passion and experience of the craft with new and aspiring chefs. He is also a Chopped Champion.
